Request a Quote

Submit a repair request with details about your console. We'll email you to discuss the timeline, parts availability, and estimated cost.

Ship & Diagnose

Ship your console to us — or drop off locally. We inspect it, confirm the issue, and send a final quote. Repairs only proceed once you approve.

Repair & Pay

We perform the necessary repairs and test your console before sending you photos and videos of the finished work. Once the repair is complete, payment becomes due. All payments are accepted through a secure payment processor, Stripe.

Receive Your Console Back

A tracking number is usually available not too long after you complete the payment. Your console is packed securely and shipped back to you, typically within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
