Communication records (emails, text messages) are retained for customer service and dispute resolution purposes. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us and we will accommodate your request where legally permitted.

Our website is served over HTTPS, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (a PCI-compliant payment processor), and we limit access to customer data to authorized personnel only.
